No. You do not need to send or upload any songs during checkout. Your player includes a microSD card, allowing you to easily add your favorite songs and voice messages once it arrives. You’ll have complete control to add, change, or remove songs whenever you want and personalize your love story your way.

Not at all — it takes less than 5 minutes. After ordering, you simply upload your photos and tell us your songs. We take care of everything else: your player arrives ready to play. No apps, no WiFi, no technical setup. Just place a disc and press play.

Perfect photos aren't required — real moments are. Most of our customers use everyday photos straight from their phone. Our team reviews and optimizes every image before printing, and if a photo won't look good, we'll contact you before making it.
